Roving entertainment consists of performing as Dr. Silly Billy and Snoepie de clowns. Working together or individually, making sculptured animal balloons for adults and children, magic tricks, IQ tests for adults, silly antics and clowning around.

We cater for special themes for promotions, corporate functions, sale days, openings etc.

We make all our balloon props, that can incorporate the clients name/logo. Most of our props are original designs, for example: balloon cars, airplane, sunflowers, Christmas trees, giant toothpaste.......... or just simply a balloon top hat.

We are always open for ideas, that can utilise our services to promote your company.
